Another teachers-government meeting ends without results

Another meeting between the Secondary School Teachers Organization (SSTO) and representatives of the government ended without progress Sunday evening. Army Radio reported that the meeting was ended prematurely after SSTO head Ran Erez wished to discuss the option of lowering the number of students per class along with the issue of raising teachers' wages. The meeting was stopped after Ran Erez demanded to discuss matters that did not pertain to the negotiation, the Finance Ministry said.
