A 19-year-old Palestinian armed with two knives was arrested Tuesday on the outskirts of Jerusalem, police said.
The suspect, who was apprehended by border police near an army base on the northern edge of the city, told police interrogators that he planned to stab Jews, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said.
