National Infrastructures Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer conceded the race for Labor Party leadership around 1 a.m. late Wednesday.
He issued a statement thanking his supporters personally for their trust and support, and said that he would remain within the Labor Party fighting on their behalf.
