Jewish Agency Chairman Zeev Bielski will be touring the absorption centers of Nahariya, Karmiel and Tzfat Sunday after a Katyusha landed in one such center in Tzfat last week, in an effort to reasure new immigrants and check that the facilities provide adequate shelter from attacks.
