Bomb meant for IDF troops explodes in Nablus; Palestinian killed

A roadside bomb meant for IDF soldiers operating in the West Bank town of Nablus exploded Thursday afternoon, killing one Palestinian and wounding two others.
Witnesses at the scene said the casualties were Palestinian laborers who were working on a home when the bomb exploded.
