The Tel Aviv Magistrates Court extended the remand of a 34-year-old Tel Aviv resident arrested Monday for allegedly sexually molesting a 10-year-old girl.
An officer said in court that the police were checking the possibility that the arrested man was in fact a renowned pedophile in south Tel Aviv who has been involved in eight to ten cases of assault on children.
The man's remand was extended by three days.
