The IAF commission charged with investigating the death of 17-year-old flight school candidate Itai Sharon during tryouts some four months ago has found that the tragedy was a result of serious organizational defects in the testing system and in the medical personnel's performance.
The committee recommended taking measures against the flight school commander, who was responsible for the recruits' safety.
