A truck driver was lightly wounded on Tuesday morning after a mortar fired by Palestinians at the Karni crossing hit his truck. MDA teams evacuated the driver to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.
The crossing is the main commercial crossing point between Israel and the Gaza Strip. Most of the merchandise that passes through the crossing is humanitarian aid for the Palestinians.
