Electrical failure affects traffic lights in north

A failure at one of Israel Electric's power plants on Sunday affected the traffic lights at several key intersections in the north of the country, including Yagur, Somekh, Megiddo, and Umm el-Fahm.
Police were directing traffic at these locations, Israel Radio reported.
