FM slams gov't for not discussing Kassam reaction

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni slammed the government's decision-making abilities on Monday, protesting that no organized discussion of the IDF's request to react to Kassam attacks was taking place. Livni said she hoped that such a discussion would take place in the cabinet and not in the press, adding that the military echelon must present ministers with plans, options and scenarios that would enable the cabinet to decide on a course of action. The foreign minister's comments came after a Kassam rocket slammed into a house in Sderot, right next to a kindergarten. No one was hurt in the incident.
