Former justice minister Tommy Lapid dies of cancer

Former justice minister Tommy Lapid died late Saturday night of cancer after several days of hospitalization at Ichilov Hospital.
Lapid was a journalist for many years and in 1999 he decided to enter politics and joined the Shinui party.
