Security forces reported on Monday that a construction worker, who was employed at the home of former Shas MK Yair Peretz, was an activist in a Palestinian terrorist organization.
The Knesset's internal security officer instructed MKs to immediately check every construction worker they employed at their homes and to inform security services of their identities.
He also warned MKs that employing illegal workers is a criminal offense.
