Lior Katsav, the brother of suspended President Moshe Katsav, is being investigated by the National Fraud Squad for accusations that he committed an indecent act on a foreign worker, sources said on Wednesday morning.
The woman, who was arrested by immigration police, submitted a complaint against the younger Katsav.
