Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann decided Wednesday night to postpone his proposal of the bill restricting the power of the High Court of Justice which he had originally intended to propose this week
The bill would limit the court to nullifying Knesset legislation that violates the Basic Law: Human Freedom and Dignity and the Basic Law: Freedom of Occupation.
