Gov't to mull changing criteria for freeing prisoners 'with blood on hands'

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will hold a session with several ministers on Monday to examine the option of modifying criteria for the release of prisoners "with blood on their hands." The issue was raised in an effort to advance the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit.
