Social Welfare and Diaspora Affairs Minister Yitzchak Herzog said Monday that the government has been withholding funds meant for Holocaust survivors, Army Radio reported.
Herzog was quoted as saying that the finance ministry repeatedly ignored his entreaties to attend to the survivors despite the fact that he had submitted a report on the matter as early as May.
