Supreme Court Justice Salim Jubran ordered the state to respond by Friday morning to the request to delay the demolition of the permanent buildings in the Amona settlement near Ofra in the West Bank.
The delay request was made in a petition to the High Court of Justice by Amona residents filed against Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz.
