Hebron Police on Monday were questioning Yifat Alkobi, a resident of the town who was seen harassing a Palestinian woman on a video taken by the left-wing organization B'tselem.
The cabinet established a committee on Sunday on the issue of enforcing the law against Jewish settlers in such situations, after Defense Minister Amir Peretz brought the matter up at the weekly cabinet meeting.
