Herzliya man suspected of beating 74-year-old in apparent road-rage attack

A 40-year-old Herzliya resident was under arrest Sunday on suspicion of hitting a 74-year-old man in an apparent road-rage attack, police said.
Police said the Herzliya man allegedly stopped his car, beat the 74-year-old and left him wounded at the scene.
