IDF forces arrested 11 fugitives throughout the West Bank overnight Wednesday. Two Fatah fugitives were apprehended near Nablus, and one Hamas operative was arrested south of Hebron.
In Kabatiya, south of Jenin, shots were fired at IDF troops who were making an arrest. No one was wounded in the exchange of fire.
