The IDF arrested 13 Palestinian fugitives throughout the West Bank early Tuesday morning.
Of those, five Fatah members were apprehended in Nablus, one Tanzim operative was taken from Kalkilya. The IDF nabbed seven wanted Palestinians near Bethlehem, including a Hamas member, a PFLC member, and five associated with the Islamic Jihad.
