IDF arrests 2 Hamas men who returned to terror after release from jail

The IDF arrested two senior members of Hamas in the Ramallah area overnight Monday.
The army said that the two, Rasim Kweik and Faraj Romana, returned to Hamas terror and political activities after being released last year from Israeli prisons.
