IDF troops arrested two Tanzim fugitives south of Ramllah overnight Monday.
The two, Azzam Asmar and Amar Rahimi, are suspected of carrying out shooting attacks in the Ramallah area, Israel Radio reported.
Asmar is also suspected of firing on Jewish settlements in north Binyamin.
