IDF troops found a 15-kilogram bomb by the security fence on Friday, near Kalkilya.
The soldiers noticed five Palestinians digging near the fence, and a reserve force summoned to the scene arrested the suspects and transferred them to security forces for questioning.
Police sappers detonated the bomb safely.
