IDF troops arrested fugitive Muhammad Fuad in Kalkilya overnight Thursday, security forces revealed.
Forces discovered 18 bags of potassium, reaching a total weight of roughly 25 kilograms, in his possession. The potassium was apparently to be used for the manufacture of explosives.
Fuad was held by security forces for interrogation.
