IDF soldier lightly injured by stray bullet in Gaza

An IDF soldier was lightly injured Wednesday evening when a rifle was discharged unintentionally during operations in the southern Gaza Strip, the army said.
The soldier was evacuated to a nearby hospital. The IDF noted that it was looking into the circumstances of the incident.
