IDF troops apprehended 11 Palestinian terror suspects Tuesday night in raids across the West Bank, while IDF sources said that the apprehended Palestinians were considered to be "ticking bombs."
The arrests come despite a promise made by Israel to cease such actions for three days, due to the Palestinian general elections.
