The IDF issued flyers in the Karni crossing area on Thursday urging residents to stop the activity of armed Palestinian groups in the area.
"You have become hostages of terrorists whose activities are preventing the opening of crossings. The terrorists are using you as human shields to commit their acts of terror and their shooting attacks," read the flyers.
