Immigration to halt action against suspected illegal workers over holiday
By JPOST.COM STAFF
The Immigration Authority announced on Sunday that no arrests or inquiries against suspected illegal workers will be made between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
The decision was made in an effort to allow foreign workers to celebrate their holidays undisturbed.
The immigration police will resume normal activity on January 2.
