The state on Wednesday filed an indictment including four counts of manslaughter and one of kidnapping against 26-year-old Lod resident Ibrahim Abu-Zinab.
According to the indictment, Abu-Zinab drove a car while drunk, two days after his license had been revoked, and smashed into a car, killing three people and the woman who was riding in the seat beside him.
Abu-Zinab allegedly forced the woman, Idit Grazia, to get into his car and drive off with him a few hours before the accident, which also left five children orphaned.
