Israel allowed 17 sick Palestinians from the Gaza Strip passage into Jordan Wednesday morning to receive medical treatment because they cannot be treated in Israel.
Army Radio reported that the group was exiting the Strip through the Erez Crossing and would pass into Jordan via the Alenby Bridge.
Meanwhile, the High Court of Justice was deliberating Wednesday an appeal by Doctors for Human Rights to allow 17 other Gazan patients to receive treatment in Israeli hospitals.
