Israel to evacuate Migron outpost within six months

Israel will evacuate the Migron outpost within six months, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Defense Minister Ehud Barak decided on Wednesday.
The decision came as part of the state's response to a petition submitted to the High Court of Justice by Palestinians claiming ownership of the land in the Binyamin region.
Nevertheless, the state added that if the setters decide to vacate the land of their own volition, they will be given an extension period in order to organize their departure.
