Gunmen opened fire on a vehicle near Beit Hagai in the West Bank on Monday, wounding an Israeli Arab.
While IDF officials said the incident appeared to be the result of Palestinian infighting, Zaka reported that the man claimed to have been shot by the IDF.
He was evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba in moderate condition.
The West Bank has experienced a surge in violence in recent days, with Palestinian terrorists carrying out several stabbing and shooting attacks on Israelis and Israeli troops intensifying raids in searches for fugitives.
