Israeli shot near J'lem; medics on way to scene

An Israeli was shot Tuesday on the outskirts of Jerusalem rescue officials said. It was not immediately clear who was responsible for the mid-afternoon shooting near the Atarot checkpoint just north of Israel's capital. Magen David Adom paramedics were rushing to the scene.
