President Moshe Katsav sent his get-well wishes to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon on Sunday night, Army Radio reported, following the prime minister's mild stroke.
The president's wishes add to the long list of politicians and dignitaries wishing a speedy recovery to Sharon.
