The IDF, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), and a special Border Police force arrested on Monday morning a key figure in the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Ramallah.
According to the IDF, Mahmoud Ouda was responsible for shooting attacks near Jenin in 2005. After members of his cell were caught, Ouda moved to Ramallah, where he took part in additional shootings.
Ouda was transferred to security forces for interrogation.
