Knesset Constitution C'tee discusses instituting death penalty

Instituting a death penalty in Israel was among several topics discussed by the Knesset's
Law and Constitution Committee Monday as they began drafting a bill of rights.
MKs will continue to discuss the issue on Tuesday, when they are expected to draft a preliminary series of clauses establishing basic rights.
