Knesset Minister's Committee approve benefits package for reservists

The Knesset Minister's Committee approved on Sunday a series of benefits for IDF reservists, which include significant discounts when acquiring a driver's license, preferential treatment when applying to government jobs, and discounts on soccer games, Army Radio reported.
According to the report, negotiations over the benefits package continued for weeks, due to a disagreement between the Defense Ministry and the Treasury.
