Attorney Gad Frenkel was to be charged on Friday at the Tel Aviv District Court with embezzling NIS 4 million from the property management case for which he was a receiver, Army Radio reported.
Judge Dalia Mark-Horenchick is suspected of appointing Frankel as a receiver in a series of cases in return for kickbacks. She was questioned last month regarding the case.
