Lieberman: Population, land swaps only way to implement 2-state solution

The only way to actualize a two-state solution is through a territory and population exchange, Strategic Affairs Minister Avigdor Lieberman declared on Thursday. "Only in this way can we prevent a situation in which the Jewish nation has half a state," Lieberman said.
