The Petah Tikva District Court on Tuesday sentenced a Lod man to 32 months in jail for delivering drugs.
The man, Ibrahim Abu-Laban, 26, was caught throwing away 200 grams of Heroin when he reached a police checkpoint that had been erected at the entrance to the city.
The court also fined him NIS 5,000.
