The percentage of undecided voters and those who plan not to vote in the upcoming election is the highest in Israel's history, according to a study first reported on Thursday.
The study, conducted by right-wing activists who queried 100,000 Israeli households, concluded that as many as 40% of eligible voters will either stay home or decide their votes on March 28, the day of the elections, Army Radio reported.
