A 68-year-old Ofakim man, who suffers from a chronic lung disease and is permanently connected to a respirator, was an apparent victim of Sunday afternoon's massive power outage that hit areas throughout the country.
The man's son found him unconscious and ordered an ambulance, which took him to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba in critical condition.
