Mazuz questions role of new minister Lieberman

Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz claimed that the authority of the new Minister for Strategic Affairs, Avigdor Lieberman, had not been properly defined, Army Radio reported on Sunday morning. In a letter to government ministers, Mazuz said that there was a "lack of clarity" with regards to the new position, especially considering the fact that no authority had been taken away from any other minister. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is set to officially approve the establishment of the new ministry later Sunday.
