MK Cohen: No need to close Egypt border every time there are warnings

Israel should not close the border with Egypt every time an alert exists warning of a possible terror attack in the Sinai, MK Ron Cohen (Meretz) said on Wednesday. "There is no point or need to completely close the border every time there is a concern," Cohen said. "We must keep things safe and conduct stringent checks if there is a need, but we should not isolate ourselves and shut ourselves in."
