MK Effie Eitam (NU-NRP), in comments aired on Army Radio Monday morning, called for the transfer of Palestinians from the West Bank and the "removal of Israeli-Arabs from the political scene."
Eitam's comments followed a visit to Syria by three Arab Knesset members.
MK Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List) called Eitam's remarks "racist" and said that they "would have sounded more authentic in German."
