MKs not allowed to represent clients against State

Legal advisor to the Knesset, Norit Elstein, declared on Tuesday that members of the Knesset are forbidden from representing clients in court against the State.
The report was submitted after MK Taleb A-Sanaa represented Hamas members in court on Tuesday.
