The Acre Magistrate's Court lifted on Tuesday evening a gag order on the case of Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz's aide Yonatan Sbag, who is suspected of molesting two girls aged 13 and 14.
The court has remanded Sbag for four days, and he is due to be indicted on Friday.
Sbag was under investigation for several weeks, and was arrested on Monday.
