Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said he believed the minimum wage should be raised gradually.
Speaking in an interview to Channel 10 on Tuesday, Mofaz, who is running in the race for Likud party leadership, added that he would also support restoring and raising some of the benefits for large families. "The economy should serve the public, and the public should not serve the economy," he said.
