Mortar shells hit fields in western Negev; no casualties or damage

A number of mortar shells fired from the Gaza strip hit open fields near the western Negev kibbutz of Ein Hashlosha on Thursday morning.
Gunfire was also heard in the area.
The farmers working the fields returned to their homes, but no casualties or damage were reported.
